wundering when transformatoin starts

this might sound wierd but when do werewolfs start to transform that is to say those who where born werewolf not thoes bitten. I mean do they start transforming as babies or like in there teens. O and if you know when you started transforming please post the age K. that is if you are considered a werewolf and not a role playing one either
